How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open ISOBEAST and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm on the prompt. This permanently deletes your account and all saved workouts, routines, and progression data.
4. Deletion happens right away. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email or form (if you can't open the app)

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", or use the form at the bottom of this page.
2. We verify ownership and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted permanently

• Your account and login credentials (email address)
• All logged workouts, sets, force readings, hold durations, and hook positions
• All routines and progression targets
• Personal records and benchmark history
• Optional profile data (biological sex, birth year, height, equipment type)
• Optional session notes
• Any feedback you submitted that is linked to your account

Retained for a limited time

• Anonymized crash and diagnostic logs (Sentry) — keyed only to a random internal user ID, not your email, automatically purged within about 90 days.
• Purchase and transaction records (Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat) — retained only as required by tax and accounting law, held by those payment providers.
• Aggregated, non-identifying statistics — cannot be tied back to you and are kept to operate the service.
